to Qualified Patients and Their Families.


Proceeds from this outing will assist families facing significant
financial hardship due to the diagnosis of Cancer or other terminal conditions

$275 per person $1,000 foursome -  includes golf, cart, prizes, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, 2-hour open bar
